November 2015 Release - post implementation updates to SVA systems documents

Following approval of the SVA software documents amended for the November 2015 Release by the SVG in November 2015, we had to make some further changes to four of those documents. These documents were approved by the  SVG on 5 April 2016 with an effective date of 12 April 2016.

Final Scope of the Release 

The final scope of the November 15 Release includes:

Six Approved Modifications:

P300 – Introduction of new Measurement Classes to support Half Hourly DCUSA Tariff Changes (DCP179)

P305 – Electricity Balancing Significant Code Review Developments

P309 – Facility to enable BSC Parties to select either replacement contract notifications or additional contract notifications

P319 – Removal of annual RMP review from PAF

P327 – Clarifications to P305 legal text

P323 – Enabling inclusion and treatment of SBR in the Imbalance Price

Eleven approved Change Proposals:

CP1430 – Clarification to the ECVN/MVRN processes

CP1431 – Extend Site Check Exemption to Measurement Classes F and G

CP1432 – HH Default EAC by Measurement Class

CP1436 – EAC/AA and NHHDA Applications – Windows Server upgrade

CP1437 – Recommended amendments to BSCP68

CP1438 – Clarification of information required for raising a Trading Dispute

CP1439 – Proving Test Permissible Software

CP1440 – Exempting Metering Systems in Measurement Class F from proving tests

CP1441 – Allowing the Peer Comparison technique to be reported on a Supplier Agent level

CP1442 – Clarifying the application process for Metering Dispensations

CP1444 – Extend the timescale of CoP10 Proving Tests until the implementation of P272

This Release will be implemented on 5 November 2015.

 

MDD Test Files for P300

Please note that the effective date of these changes is 5 November 2015, so these versions of the D0269 and D0270 files should only be used for test purposes before that date.

 

Loss of Load Probability Calculation Statement and LoLP Lookup Table
