Summary
Annex B-2 of the Code should be amended to require BSCCo to disclose the number of preference votes received in each voting round by candidates standing for election to the BSC Panel. Subject to approval, this amendment should be implemented from the submission date of this Modification Proposal, in order to disclose the 2006 election results. The details of preference votes cast by Trading Parties would remain secret. The option of Trading Parties to require that a BSC Auditor scrutinise the conduct of the election would remain unaffected.
